Motorcycle Clubs
requesting
rooms grouped together are confirmed on a

BASIS ONLY.
No room or group of rooms are confirmed
without the
MINIMUM number of
DEPOSITS (TWO) to secure the room.
HOST HOTEL WILL SELL OUT QUICKLY,
AND ROOMS ARE ON A
FIRST-
COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS ONLY!
Overflow hotel is a three minute walk from
the Host Hotel,
and guests will be
notified that they are in the overflow hotel

processing their
deposit(s).
